We have two graceful dining rooms, one housing 70 people and one housing 30 people. The kitchen is local traditional enriched by experiences acquired and handed on trhough generations, characterized from typical, traditional dishes and others. The dishes are preparated with simple and natural ingredients with many aromatic grass cultivated in just or found on the place to the wild state. We have an taken care of selection of regional wines. We prepare many delicious prescriptions realized during our long experience like: Ribboned macaroni to the duck, ravioli with cottage cheeseand spinach, crepes with truffle, noodles with mushroom and truffle, pinks with chees and spinach, fillet with green pepper, turkey breasts with ham and marsala wine, turkey with dill, rabbit in frying pan, lamb with aromatic grass, lamb chops, pigeon filling, grilled mixed of verdure, radicchio to the furnace, and many other dishes. We are constantly to the search of the best ingredients, favoring those local and of our country, for the realization of our prescriptions. Beyond to the menù that you will be able to choose at the moment by the list or by your reservation, every day we have a menù recommended with the better ingredients of the moment.
